It's been a tough year and COVID has taken it's toll on our health, economy, and well-being. It's easy to look for fault in others and place blame. It can be harder to look at others with compassion and understanding. I am working on this daily and have seen growth in my own well-being when I assume others are doing their best. Although, sometimes it feels like they are doing everything they can to anger me. Getting angry doesn't fix the situation. It just makes my blood pressure rise and puts me in a bad mood. As we continue to quarantine, wear our masks when out in public, and watch others make different choices than ours, it's better if we just assume the best. Karma has a way of balancing it all out. Besides, I really do think we are all just trying to find our way in this really difficult time.
